Titanic

RMS TITANIC (1912)

One of the most famous ships at all. In its time modern, comfort and unusually large ocean liner is known, as we well know, for its fast and tragic fate. Titanic sank in the early hours 15.04.1912. Of the nearly 2 250 people on board, approximately 1 500 died.

This tragic piece of modern history has inspired many artistic interpretations (the most famous being films), thanks to which has this ship a huge fan base. I created this painting as a Christmas gift, but I hope it will bring joy to other fans as well. Titanic had two sister-ships Olympic and Britannic. Theirs stories are also interesting and I may also create them in the future.

Interesting fact – There were 9 decks marked with letters A-G in the Titanic. In my picture are 8 letters A-F in the ship (I know the G is missing, it is all only a nice coincidence). Letters H,I and K is out of the ship (not on board) in the ocean…

A3+ paper size (I hope it works with A3 too, but could be a problem with reading some letters). Properly as usual you can use my palette(s) or create your own. I’ll be really glad if you send me your work, or post it on insta (and tag me). But of course it’s not necessary. Have fun and enjoy the art.
